We recommend this apartment for a family because the pool is not very high and perfect for children. It is not suitable for guests without cars.
The property has just been renovated keeping some ancient and characteristic elements, has large outdoor areas, such as the gardens overlooking the lake and the large porch.
The apartment consists of living room with dining area and sofa bed, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle) with access to the private porch, bathroom with shower, large double bedroom.
The first supply of sheets and towels for all guests is included and free.
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets in this apartment. We are very sorry!

The village of Carcegna is in a residential area. Food shops and restaurants are just a few kilometers away, reachable by car.
The Domus Cusiana is a complex of several apartments, with a beautiful view of the lake and a swimming pool. Most of the guests are families with children, who animate the gardens and can play in peace.

Mi sono divertito molto all’Ortameer. Alice era facilmente accessibile ed era puntuale al luogo d’incontro concordato. Avevamo un appartamento al piano terra. Era ben arredato. Purtroppo, c’era poca luce diurna. Una bella terrazza e vicino alla piscina. Tutto ha funzionato e sopra l’appartamento vive il manager, quindi se c’è qualcosa, è pratico. Buon parcheggio.

L’arrivo è molto ben preparato con l’invio di una piccola guida pochi giorni prima dell’arrivo.
L’appartamento è molto pulito, piuttosto ben attrezzato e soprattutto molto ben posizionato con una splendida vista sul lago e un giardino molto ben curato. Ambiente stupendo e molto piacevole.
L’appartamento è piuttosto buio, ma questo non ci ha impedito di trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno.
Alice ha preparato una piccola guida (in italiano e un’altra in inglese) molto comoda sulle attività da fare nei dintorni.

Orta è il luogo di vacanza perfetto. Meraviglioso, vivace ma non troppo turistico. Il monolocale era abbastanza grande per noi. Esattamente come descritto e molto pulito. Soggiorno ottimo, comunicazione facile e veloce. Qualche problema con il Wi-Fi che funziona male e solo fuori dalla casa e con la piscina che è spesso frequentata da molti bambini, simpatici ma molto rumorosi, non sempre l’ideale per godersi la meravigliosa piscina con vista lago.

Grazie Lorenzo, mi dispiace per il problema con il wifi, è la prima volta che mi viene segnalato questo. Chiamerò il tecnico per fare le verifiche necessarie. Per quanto riguarda i bambini, in effetti in questo periodo accogliamo moltissime famiglie che godono molto della piscina e capisco che quell’area possa essere poco tranquilla, rimangono però gli altri due giardini terrazzati (quelli separati dal cancellino alla destra guardando il garage) che sono silenziosissimi. Lì i miei ospiti vanno per riposare o per leggere i libri.

L’appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione. Essendo un appartamento seminterrato, era molto buio e fresco. La cucina era dotata solo del necessario (per cucinare si sarebbe dovuto davvero comprare tutto). Il giardino e la piscina sono davvero fantastici. Il letto è stato un piccolo disastro per noi. Il materasso era completamente coperto e il letto era piuttosto piccolo. L’appartamento è isolato. Si dovrebbe quindi arrivare in auto.

Ci è piaciuto molto il nostro soggiorno. L’appartamento è una cantina riconvertita e ha carattere e più spazio rispetto alle foto dhow. Si trova a breve distanza in auto da Orta, un grazioso centro storico sul lago. Il check-in di Giovanni è stato molto disponibile e anche Paulo (il proprietario) è stato molto cordiale.

L’alloggio è fresco d’estate e la camera è ampia. La terrazza è grande, abbiamo potuto trascorrere dei bei momenti con una splendida vista.
La piscina è molto apprezzabile, accessibile e disponibile a tutte le ore.
Inoltre, gli altri residenti sono molto ospitali, generosi e hanno avuto a cuore di creare momenti di bella convivialità!
Ci torneremo con piacere!
PS: Bisogna pensare a portare tutto il necessario con sé per l’appartamento (olio, sale, spugne, carta igienica, sacchetti, ecc)

Host e proprietari sono incredibilmente cordiali e disponibili, erano lì per noi quando ci sono stati problemi imprevisti – di classe mondiale! L’alloggio è bello fresco e ha tutto il necessario. L’unico inconveniente : pareti un po’ umide, ma un essiccatore fornisce un rimedio e aria fresca. Ottimo giardino e piscina con vista sul lago. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

La posizione di questo appartamento è spettacolare. È spazioso e pulito, ma un po’ umido a metà settembre, ma c’è anche un umidificatore ben funzionante. Il proprietario è super cordiale e vive con la sua famiglia in loco. Tieni presente che si possono organizzare piccole feste private, il che ci ha fatto sentire meno i benvenuti.

Da es sich um eine Kellerwohnung handelt, war es sehr dunkel und kühl. Die Küche war mit nur dem Nötigsten ausgestattet (um zu kochen hätte man wirklich alles kaufen müssen). Garten und Pool sind wirklich toll. Das Bett war für uns eine kleine Katastrophe. Die Matratze war komplett durchgelegen und das Bett eher klein. Die Wohnung liegt der abgelegen. Man sollte daher mit Auto anreisen.

Orta is een perfect vakantieplekje. Prachtig, bruisend maar toch niet te toeristisch. De studio was voor ons net groot genoeg. Precies zoals omschreven en erg proper. The apartment is well equipped with everything needed and features a nice private porch. As part of a beautiful old building in the hills, with nice garden and a nice pool, it offers a fantastic view on the lake. Alice was extremely responsive, well organized and made everything around the check in/out as easy as possible. Furthermore she gave helpful tips where and how to spend time around Lago d’Orta. As a whole: definitely worthy of all recommendations!

Een leuke tijd gehad bij het Ortameer. Alice was goed bereikbaar en was op tijd bij de afgesproken ontmoetingsplaats. Wij hadden bg appartement. Was netjes ingericht. Helaas was er weinig daglicht. Een lekker terras en bij het zwembad. Alles werkte en boven het appartement woont de beheerder dus als er iets is dan is dat wel praktisch. Goede parkeer faciliteit.

L’arrivée est très bien préparée avec l’envoi d’un petit guide quelques jours avant l’arrivée. L’appartement est très propre, plutôt bien équipé et surtout très bien placé avec une magnifique vue sur le lac et un jardin très bien entretenu. Cadre superbe et très agréable. L’appartement est plutôt sombre, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un agréable séjour. Alice a préparé un petit guide (en italien et un autre en anglais) très pratique sur les activités à faire dans les environs. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances !
