Description

We recommend this apartment for those who want to have a private garden and a splendid view of the lake.

The apartment consists of living room with dining area and sofa bed, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), bathroom with shower, double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace and a private garden from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the lake.

The first supply of sheets and towels for all guests is included and free.

We are very happy to host well behaved pets!

We offer our guests:

  • private garden equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining

The house is located in a residential area. Grocery stores and restaurants are a few kilometers away, accessible by car.

  • Transfer from the airport to the apartment on request
  • Car rental service with driver

Een heerlijke ruimte, inclusief tuin. Bij slecht weer ook binnen gezellig. Alle comfort.

Heerlijke locatie, ook vanwege tuin, uitzicht en rust.
We hebben genoten van de locatie en de ligging en waren blij met alle voorzieningen. Niets viel ons tegen. Het was allen een beetje lastig bij de start: we moesten exact aangeven hoe laat we zouden arriveren na een lange reis. We waren naar de locatie gereden en waren er op de aangegeven tijd maar onze host was naar het nabij gelegen station gegaan voor de plek van samenkomst. Hij had ons daarover geappt, maar dat hebben wij tijdens de vermoeiende reis en de files over het hoofd gezien.

Schönes Ferienhaus für Paare mit tollem Ausblick.

Das Ferienhaus liegt oberhalb der Stadt San Giulio direkt am Waldrand. Von der Rasenterrasse vor dem Haus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über den See. Es ist dort sehr ruhig und erholsam. Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich. Alles ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht. Die Betreuung durch den Hausservice ist sehr freundlich. Über WhatsApp kann jederzeit Kontakt aufgenommen werden. Da gab es wirklich nichts zu meckern.
Das Positive an der Lage ist auch ein wenig der Nachteil. Zwar kann man zu Fuß problemlos in 15 Minuten im Ort sein. Der Houskeeper erklärte uns einen guten Fußweg hierzu. Das Problem ist nur, man muss den Berg auch wieder rauf. Und dieser ist teilweise ganz schön steil. Nach drei Tagen hatten wir davon die Nase voll und haben das Auto benutzt. Im Ort sind die allermeisten Parkplätze bewirtschaftet. In der Parallelstraße zur Hauptstraße (=Zufahrt für Wohnmobile zum Camping Ciusio) kann man aber kostenlos parken. Das muss man halt wissen.

The advantage of this house is that it is surrounded by nature, far from the noise of the street and from the tourism that crowds the historic center of Orta. On the other hand, it is certainly not easy for those who want to go to the main square every day. For this reason, to every guest who books I send an email giving information about the house and asking what their needs are, so that I can guide you in choosing the perfect apartment for your needs. Entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr schönes Appartement in ruhiger Lage und mit schönem Blick auf den See. Die Gestaltung des Appartements war top. Auftauchende Probleme wurden schnell gelöst. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war über WhatsApp möglich, die Ansprechperson(en) war(en) sehr freundlich, auch die Vermieter in der Villa auf dem gleichen Grundstück.
Das Appartement wurde als ‘barrierefrei’ ausgewiesen und vermietet. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass drei hohe Stufen ohne Geländer zu überwinden waren, um in das Appartment zu kommen. Diese waren mit dem angekündigten Rollstuhl nur mit Unterstützung zu bewältigen. Die kaputte Waschmaschine wurde schnell ausgetauscht und für die Zwischenzeit ein kostenloser Wäscheservice angeboten.

Wat meer comfortabele ligbedden met dikkere kussens was fijner geweest.

Très calme, au milieu de la nature ( chant d’oiseaux en permanence), au bout d’une route sans issue. Les propriétaires sont très gentils (…nous parlons italien), le délégué de l’agence également – communication via WA – l’habitation se trouve à 1 km à pied du rond point (Resto, boulangerie, café), et à 2 Kms d’Orta. Centre commercial à Gozzano ( le plus correcte au niveau prix).
Le mur entre les deux logements n’est pas bien isolé, de ce fait nous entendions nos voisins noctambules. Nous sommes arrivés avant la période touristique…beaucoup de magasins étaient fermés.

En stilla och avkopplande oas, mitt i naturen med underbar vy över omgivande berg och Orta S.Guilio. Helt nytt med mycket modern standard. Närhet till historiska utforskningar, shopping, vandring, cykling, vin och god mat, kultur och bad. Området är betydligt lugnare än de närliggande och mer turist täta sjöarna Maggiore och Como. Mycket gästvänligt värdpar.
Luftfuktigheten är hög så på kvällarna var det rikligt med mygg.

Die Unterkunft war prima ausgestattet und man hatte einen tollen Blick auf den Ortasee. Die Lage ist ruhig, etwas außerhalb von Orta. Sowohl die Eigentümer, als auch das Organisationspersonal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem absoluten neuen Zustand. Die Ausstattung auch top, es fehlt an nichts. Sogar eine Kamera ist vorhanden wo auf den Parkplatz gerichtet ist. Der Ausblick auf den Ortasee ist Super. Die Besitzer wohnen neben an und sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Agentur wo sich um alles kümmert denen muss man ein Sonderlob aussprechen. Alle sind sowas von hilfsbereit und freundlich das ist nicht mehr zu toppen. Dankeschön.

Erholsame Tage in angenehmen Ambiente.

Die absolut ruhige Lage oberhalb des Lago in grüner Umgebung. Auch nachts ist außer den gelegentlich weiter unten fahrenden Güterzügen absolute Ruhe. Moderne und benutzerfreundliche Ausstattung mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Guter Kontakt zu der Vermietungsagentur, die sich sehr um das Wohlfühlen der Gäste kümmert. Die sehr nette Eigentümerfamilie (Rondelli) wohnt im großen Haus auf dem Grundstück ca, 50 m von den beiden Apartments entfernt.
Es gibt dazu nichts zu vermelden.

Looks and feels brand new. Quality finishes and well equipped for entertaining or just a refreshing Campari soda admiring the panoramic view from the terrace, before venturing out for dinner by the lake. Given how busy the lakes are in August it was lovely to have some privacy, the elevation was also a little cooler! Easy walk into town, but not for the infirm or unfit! Giorgio can assist with e-bike hire which we strongly recommend, car parking is stressful at this time of year! Alberto and family are wonderful ‘neighbours’ joyful,but mindful of your privacy.
Nothing. Our trip coincided wth temperatures In the high 30’s, so Aircon and a plunge pool would have been a welcome luxury! But certainly no deal breaker!
