We recommend this flat to a young family wishing to stay in the centre of Orta San Giulio.
The flat is on the third floor of a historic building, without lift, and consists of an entrance hall with dining room and kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave and kettle), bathroom with bath and washing machine, living room and double bedroom with small balcony. On the upper floor, a further room can accommodate two more guests, bathroom with shower.
A first supply of bed linen and towels for all guests is included and free of charge.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate animals in this flat. We are very sorry!

Please note that it is not allowed to enter the historical centre of Orta by car. Cars are to be left at the Diania covered car park (free for you) a few hundred metres from the flat.
Within walking distance you will find restaurants, wine bars, bars for breakfast and aperitifs, as well as a minimarket, pharmacy, ATM and post office.
Tourist tax not included in the booking and to be paid in cash upon check in (approximate cost € 1.00 per person per day).

Host incantevoli e disponibili, che hanno fatto di tutto per farci sentire a casa. Non riuscivamo a sistemare lo scolapasta per drenare la pasta e Alice ha fatto di tutto per prestarcene una. (Lo scolapasta della casa si è infatti trovato in un armadio alto). La lavatrice era facile da usare e molto apprezzata.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno nell’appartamento di Julia e ci siamo sentiti molto ben accuditi dai nostri host, che sono stati disponibili, reattivi e flessibili. Hanno organizzato i taxi per noi e hanno trovato un’ottima soluzione per le nostre valigie l’ultimo giorno. L’appartamento è spazioso, ben attrezzato e molto ben posizionato vicino alla piazza principale. Ci sono davvero molti gradini da salire, ma li abbiamo trovati gestibili e siamo stati ricompensati da una splendida vista sul lago. Gli host ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su dove mangiare e bere e non siamo rimasti delusi! Grazie mille ad Alice e al suo team!

Siamo già stati sul Lago d’Orta, ci piace tornarci. Avevamo bisogno di un appartamento per 2 coppie e questo si adattava al 100%. I balconi offrivano una splendida vista e un sacco di aria fresca. L’appartamento aveva un po’ del fascino della vecchia Italia, ma con tutti i comfort moderni. Ottima posizione sulla piazza, il pass per il parcheggio gratuito è stato un fattore decisivo!!! Anche la società di gestione immobiliare è stata molto reattiva e cordiale. Beatrice è stata molto disponibile. Lo affitterei di nuovo!

La vista era assolutamente stupenda. Imbattibile. Vicinissimo al centro storico. Vicino alle barche, ai ristoranti e alla bellissima piazza.

L’appartamento era confortevole e come descritto. La comunicazione con l’host è stata buona e ha cercato di assisterci quando gli è stato chiesto. Purtroppo a causa della posizione sul lago le zanzare erano cattive, il che ha portato a una notte di sonno scomodo. Se questo problema potesse essere risolto, sarebbe un ottimo posto dove stare.

L’appartamento è proprio come elencato e la posizione è ottima. Alice è molto cordiale e disponibile: ci ha aiutato molto con consigli su negozi di bambini e ospedali, ad esempio. Ci hanno anche organizzato una pulizia aggiuntiva di una settimana durante il nostro soggiorno. La pressione della doccia è ottima e l’appartamento dispone di tutti i servizi di cui avresti bisogno: cucina completamente attrezzata, ventilatori e lavatrice.

Chi vuole vivere nel centro della città è nel posto giusto!
Orta San Giulio e il lago sono davvero da sogno. Ottimi ristoranti, piccoli bar e negozi sono proprio fuori dalla porta con vista sul lago e sull’isola di San Giulio.
Tuttavia, quando fa caldo come attuale fa molto caldo nell’appartamento, soprattutto nella stanza sotto il tetto e su alcune finestre si potrebbe ancora installare un repellente per le zanzare in modo da poter ventilare meglio (in estate becchi).
Inoltre, va notato che non è possibile raggiungere l’appartamento in auto. L’auto deve essere parcheggiata in un garage a circa 500 m di distanza e in salita. Con i bambini piccoli e un sacco di bagagli o passeggini, questo è un po’ difficile.
La comunicazione con Alice, Giorgio e tutto il team è eccezionale e tutti i problemi e le domande sono stati risolti immediatamente.
Nel giro di poche ore sono stati portati 2 nuovi grandi ventilatori in modo da poter ventilare meglio!

L’appartamento di Julia era davvero spazioso, super pulito, ben attrezzato, pieno di carattere e in posizione brillante.
È un bel po’ di gradini esterni in pietra, il che vale la pena considerare se hai un bambino in un passeggino o trovi che salire le scale sia una sfida, ma i nostri bambini (anche il bambino) stavano benissimo con loro.
Se arrivi a un’ondata di caldo (come noi🥵), porta con te un repellente per mozzie, anche se il team di Alice è stato molto disponibile a fornire più tappi per zanzare quando necessario.
Il team è stato incredibilmente cordiale, disponibile e reattivo. La comunicazione è stata molto semplice tramite WhatsApp.

Since we didn’t receive a response, we also contacted Booking.com customer service, and they told us to send you all the information through their portal. We did this twice for parking information (including photos) and five times for your arrival information. The historic center of Orta is closed to traffic, and we do our best to explain this clearly.
