We recommend this apartment for a couple who love tranquility and want to enjoy a wonderful lake view. It is not suitable for guests without cars. The apartment is 10 minutes drive from the town center and the lake.
The property, has large outdoor areas, such as the gardens overlooking the lake and the shared heated swimming pool (28 degrees celsius).
The apartment consists of living room with dining area and kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle) with access to the private garden, bathroom with shower and one double bedroom.
The first supply of sheets and towels for all guests is included and free.
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets in this apartment. We are very sorry!

Le foto che vedete su Airbnb corrispondono alla realtà. Si gode di una splendida vista sul lago d’Orta e la piscina è perfetta.
Le dotazioni sono recenti (TV con Netflix, Wi-Fi e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno).
Alice e il suo staff sono reattivi e disponibili per garantire che le tue vacanze siano le migliori (consigli sui luoghi da visitare, sulle passeggiate o sui ristoranti).
Lo consiglieremo alla nostra famiglia e ricorderemo queste vacanze per molto tempo.

Un posto incredibile in cui soggiornare. L’appartamento ha una piscina bellissima (con acqua calda) con una vista fantastica sul lago. L’appartamento è a 3 minuti di auto dal villaggio sul lago, ma è necessario avere un’auto. Tuttavia, la posizione dell’appartamento è stata un grande vantaggio per noi: eravamo circondati dalla natura e dal silenzio… quasi un paradiso. L’appartamento in sé è ben arredato, con letti e divano comodi e persino lavatrice e lavastoviglie! Si trova al piano terra, quindi è molto piacevole cenare all’aperto in giardino (per pranzo e cena; per la colazione non lo consiglierei nella calda stagione estiva, perché anche se il patio è sotto il balcone, è esposto al sole diretto dalla mattina e fa molto caldo). L’appartamento ha 2 camere da letto, quindi i bambini avevano la loro stanza e il loro letto. Avevamo a disposizione sedie per la piscina e il parcheggio privato all’interno del condominio. I nostri host sono stati super efficienti, puntuali e cordiali. Hanno anche creato un piccolo book con tutte le informazioni di cui potevamo aver bisogno (dalle cose da fare, ai ristoranti, alla farmacia, ecc.). Il lago è fantastico e per niente turistico, quindi ci sono molte cose da fare nei dintorni e, naturalmente, a San Giulio d’Orta. Anche se ci siamo innamorati di Pella!! Una delle migliori vacanze di sempre

Si tratta di un bellissimo appartamento in una posizione tranquilla e ottima, con una vista fantastica.
L’intera struttura è molto ben tenuta. La piscina riscaldata invita a nuotare.
Il punto d’incontro era presso un supermercato, da lì ci siamo diretti insieme all’appartamento.
Tutto è stato spiegato con precisione (appartamento e struttura), ma anche consigli per escursioni, cibo e shopping non sono stati trascurati.
Dopo due o tre giorni, ci è stato chiesto via e-mail se fosse tutto a posto.
Ci siamo stati in bassa stagione, quando solo 4 dei circa 20 appartamenti erano occupati.
Per questo motivo l’alloggio era molto tranquillo e abbiamo avuto la piscina quasi sempre tutta per noi.
Non possiamo giudicare come sia la situazione in alta stagione.
Possiamo solo consigliare l’appartamento.

Siamo stati ben accolti. Abbiamo fatto un intero tour e le istruzioni sono molto chiare. Abbiamo ricevuto un opuscolo in cui siamo stati portati in tutta la zona. Abbiamo anche ricevuto consigli personali per telefono. Anche la comunicazione via telefono è stata buona. Il luogo perfetto per venire in pace. Anche il check-out è stato flessibile. Tutto sommato un ottimo momento educato sul lago. Consigliato!!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa con noi due e il nostro bambino di 4 mesi. La posizione è bellissima e la piscina è tranquilla e perfetta per rilassarsi. La posizione è bella: non turistica, ma sotto la montagna troverete ristoranti accoglienti. L’host è stato incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile ci siamo sentiti subito i benvenuti!

Incredible place to stay. the apartment has a super nice pool (with warm water) with an amazing view of the lake. the apartment is 3 min by car from the village on the lake, but you need to have a car. but the location of the apartment was a super bonus for us: we were surrounded by nature, and silence… almost a paradise. the apartment itself is nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and sofa and washing machine and dishwasher even! it is on the ground floor so it is very cosy to have dinner outside in the garden (for lunch and dinner, bfast I would not recommend in the hot summer, as even if the patio is under the balcony, it is under direct sun from the morning and very hot). the apartment has 2 bedrooms – so the kids had their own room and bed. we had chairs for the pool and the private parking inside the condo. Our hosts were super efficient, punctual and friendly. they created also a small book with all the information we could possible need ( from things to do, to restaurant, to the pharmacy etc….The lake is fantastic, and NOT turistic at all, so many things to do in the surroundings, and of course in San Giulio D’ Orta. Even if we felt in love with Pella!! one of the best vacation ever

We have spent really nice holidays in this place. The pitcures you see in Airbnb correspond to the reality. You have a beautiful view on lake Orta and the swimming pool is perfect. The equipments are recent (TV with Netflix, WIFI and all that you need for a stay). Alice and her staff are reactive and disponible to ensure that your holidays will be the best (advises for the places to visit, walkings or restaurants). We will recomand it to our family and we will remember these holidays for a long time.
