L’appartamento è assolutamente meraviglioso, tranquillo, pulito e situato direttamente nel cuore di Orta San Giulio. Si affaccia sul piccolo cortile e ha un accesso coperto che è anche possibile utilizzare come piccolo balcone; inoltre c’è un bel balcone alla francese in cucina. Gli altri inquilini della casa sono famiglie tranquille e nella casa di fronte c’è un ristorante, che ha la cucina sul lato del cortile.
Proprio dietro l’angolo, sulla “Piazza grande” di Orta San Giulio, si trova l’ufficio in cui lavora Alice, che era quindi facilmente disponibile quando avevamo bisogno di aiuto o avevamo domande. Alice è stata molto gentile e disponibile in ogni situazione: la prima mattina siamo stati disturbati da rumori forti provenienti da un cantiere nell’appartamento accanto a noi e anche in quel caso Alice è riuscita a fermare i lavori per il resto del nostro soggiorno!
Nel complesso l’appartamento è moderno e luminoso, ha una cucina nuova e ben attrezzata e un bagno davvero bello e moderno.
Possiamo assolutamente consigliare questo meraviglioso appartamento!

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dell’appartamento e di tutto il resto. Alice è venuta a prenderci con la sua auto e ci ha persino aiutato con i bagagli. L’appartamento era molto pulito, e anche molto moderno e accogliente. La sua posizione è vicina al centro, esci dalla porta e sei praticamente sul mercato, proprio sul lago. La Perla è un appartamento ben arredato in una posizione centralissima sul bellissimo Lago d’Orta. C’è un piccolo balcone interno che prende il sole la sera, dove mettiamo tavolo e sedie per godersi il “fizz”!

Ho valutato l’appartamento con cinque stelle, questo perché l’appartamento era come pubblicizzato, non ci sono state sorprese, l’appartamento era perfettamente pulito in tutte le aree, la posizione era perfetta per noi ed esattamente ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Inoltre, direi che Alice è stata estremamente disponibile, non per questioni riguardanti l’appartamento, ma per domande generali sulle vacanze, come dove andare e come raggiungere i vari luoghi. Questo appartamento si trova in un’ottima posizione a San Giulio. Ci sono molti gradini, per noi andava bene, ma qualcosa che potrebbe essere necessario tenere a mente, questo non riguarda solo l’appartamento, ma San Giulio come città a causa della natura della sua posizione. Speriamo di tornare sul Lago d’Orta un giorno, è davvero un posto bellissimo

L’appartamento è molto comodo e pulito. La posizione è davvero fantastica, a pochi metri dalla piazza principale di Orta e dal lago! Il tempo durante il nostro soggiorno era a volte molto caldo, ma l’appartamento era ben ventilato e non troppo esposto alla luce solare, quindi era davvero sopportabile all’interno. La comunicazione è stata perfetta dall’inizio alla fine e in questo appartamento si ottiene un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Posizione perfetta proprio sulla piazza principale, che costituisce lo scenario perfetto per una vacanza romantica. L’appartamento si trova nel cuore della città, a pochi passi da tutte le sue fantastiche attrazioni. Consigliamo vivamente una passeggiata mattutina per il Sacro di Monte. In questo modo avrai una vista mozzafiato tutta per te. Alice ha anche dato ottimi consigli per la zona, cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Complessivamente questa è stata l’esperienza perfetta. Ottimo appartamento in una posizione privilegiata di Orta. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi, ottimi ristoranti e bar a pochi passi di distanza. Siamo rimasti particolarmente soddisfatti del parcheggio riservato nel garage sotterraneo. Un appartamento davvero meraviglioso. Alice e il suo team sono stati molto cordiali e facili da contattare, ci sono venuti a prendere alla stazione ferroviaria e ci hanno lasciato una bottiglia di Prosecco.
Per chi ha un budget limitato e senza auto, tieni presente che Orta ha solo un paio di negozi di paese molto piccoli per acquistare cibo (per cucinare ecc.). Ci sono un sacco di ristoranti.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’ospitalità di Alice e del suo assistente Giovanni! Anche nei giorni di pioggia ci hanno fornito idee su cosa fare.
L’appartamento si trova vicino a Piazza Motta ma durante il nostro soggiorno non siamo riusciti a sentire alcun rumore. E ‘stato anche molto tranquillo e pulito.

Alice offre un appartamento romantico e incantevole ideale per una coppia. L’appartamento si trova proprio accanto al mercato di Orta e a circa 10 minuti a piedi da una piccola spiaggia e a circa 20 minuti da una spiaggia più grande. L’appartamento in sé è perfettamente pulito, tranquillo e dispone di interni moderni ed eleganti. È ben attrezzata e offre una piccola ma funzionale zona cucina. La comunicazione e il check-in e il check-out erano perfettamente organizzati. Ci è piaciuto molto soggiornare lì e consigliamo vivamente Alice come host.

Si trova a 5 secondi a piedi dall’ingresso dell’appartamento al luogo più bello di Orta San Giulio! C’è stata una spiegazione approfondita quando siamo arrivati all’appartamento, anche se era già notte fonda. La qualità di tutto è in ordine, anche se non abbiamo cucinato per noi stessi (cosa che ti consigliamo vivamente di non fare con tanti bei ristoranti nelle vicinanze). Consigliamo a chiunque di soggiornare nell’appartamento Perla all’inizio o alla fine dell’estate! Potrebbe essere un po’ caldo nei mesi più caldi. 5/5

Fate in modo di arrivare all’orario concordato altrimenti vedrete proporre di aspettare le 02:00 per recuperare la chiave dell’alloggio.
Eravamo in ritardo delle 03:00 sull’orario (19:00 invece delle 16:00). Dopo le 06:00 di viaggio per venire, sotto la pioggia e con gli ingorghi, un guasto di WhatsApp per coronare il tutto, una piacevole accoglienza sarebbe stata apprezzata, non è stato così.
L’appartamento è ben posizionato, piuttosto confortevole ma richiederebbe alcune riparazioni (tenda che cade, rubinetto della doccia bloccato, nessun utensile da cucina).
Alice è stata molto gentile e molto accomodante via mail, mi dispiace di non averla mai incontrata.

La Perla è un piccolo appartamento molto curato ed elegante che si affaccia su di un cortile pieno di rondini. La posizione centralissima ma al tempo stesso molto silenziosa e raccolta. Pulizia eccellente.
Unico limite, la presenza della canna dei fumi di scarico della cucina di un ristorante limitrofo che puó portare odori di cucina in casa laddove si tenga la porta finestra della zona giorno aperta.
L’accessibilità potrebbe essere un problema per le molte rampe di scale da fare per raggiungere l’appartamento.

Die Unterkunft liegt genau in der Innenstadt, alles Vorhanden was man benötigt. Es wurde am Anfang alles erklärt und es gab noch viele weitere Tipps wie Restaurants, Ausflüge etc. Vom Parkplatz sind es nur wenige Minuten zu laufen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

De locatie is echt fantastisch midden in het oude centrum! Magisch. Aan het grote plein met restaurantjes, koffietentjes, bootjes naar het eiland (restaurant is echt een aanrader!) Het appartement is echt compleet, alles is aanwezig. Het was super schoon! Het personeel doet enorm zijn best om tips te geven zonder opdringerig te zijn.

Votre réservation datait d’il y a plusieurs mois et nous avons fait une réduction spéciale pour vous en raison du manque de wifi, lorsque vous avez réservé, en fait, l’annonce a clairement montré qu’il n’y avait pas d’Internet dans l’appartement et pour cette raison, le prix était très lent. Je suis donc désolé de lire votre plainte, mais si vous souhaitez revenir, nous avons finalement installé la ligne juste ces jours-ci.

Alice and her team were very friendly and easy to contact, even picking us up from the train station and leaving us a bottle of Prosecco. For those on a budget and without a car, be aware that Orta only has a couple of very small village shops to buy food (to cook etc). There are plenty of restaurants. Overall a really great apartment in a great location.

Perfect location for a few days in Orta. Right in the centre and easy access to all amenities. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean! Alice, went out of her way to meet us even with a late night flight arrival. Orta is not set up for cars and therefore you will have to walk with luggage!

I would recommend everyone coming to Orta San Giliuo to stay at Alices beautiful flat. Communication was perfect from start to finish and you really get value for money in this flat. Perfect location right on the main square, which sets the perfect stage to a romantic vacation. The flat is located in the middle of the city, so that you have walking distance to all the great things in the city. We can highly recommend a morning walk to Sacro de Monte. This way you will have the stunning view to yourself. Alice also gave great tips for the area and what to see and where to eat. All in all this was the perfect experience. We will definitely be back!

The appartement is very convenient and clean. The location is really great, only a few meters from Orta’s main square and the lake! The weather during our stay was sometimes really hot but the apartment was well ventilated and not too much exposed to sunlight so it was really bearable inside. Alice and Allessandra kindly helped us with our luggages when we moved in and out.

Gorgeous, cosy appartment, in an unbeatable location right off the main piazza in the historic old town. You walk out the entrance and you can see the lake. Alice was on holiday but her colleague met us and showed us where we could park our car and gave us great info about the town and area. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge and coffee pods, which saw us through the few days we were there. The kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean and well appointed. The kitchen is small but it has everything you need. The only thing some people might like to be aware of is the other surrounding appartments/restaurant kitchen can be a little noisy through the day, but not excessively and it didn’t bother us or disturb our sleep or stay. I would recommend this appartment and would 100% stay in it again – I’m trying to think of an excuse to come back in the winter!

Excellent accueil. Alice nous a aidé à porter nos bagages jusqu’à l’appartement et nous a donné la possibilité de nous garer gratuitement. Très disponible. Alice nous a laissé un guide pour le séjour avec toutes les informations utiles. Nous avons même eu droit à un cadeau de bienvenue! Le logement est très bien situé dans le centre d’Orta. il est petit mais fonctionnel et bien agencé et bien décoré. Nous y avons passé 5 jours avec notre bébé de 9 mois (en amenant nous-mêmes le lit parapluie). Le lac d’Orta est une belle destination et nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

I have rated the apartment as five star, this is because the apartment was as advertised, there were no surprises, The apartment was spotlessly clean in all areas, the location was perfect for us and exactly what we required. Additionally I would say Alice was extremely helpful, not with issues regarding the apartment but with general holiday queries such as where to go and how to get to places. This apartment is in a great location in San Giulio. There are a lot of steps, that was fine for us but something you may need to bear in mind, this is not solely to do with the apartment but San Giulio as a town due to the nature of its location. We hope to return to Lake Orta one day, it really is a beautiful place

But thanks anyway because you’re absolutely right, Orta is a country made to be experienced on foot, there are not many cars and there is no parking very close to the square. Not everyone can appreciate it, but those who love it, I think they love it for these features! You have done very well to emphasize this aspect, so people who have never visited it can understand! For me it was a real pleasure to recieve you in my house. We hope to see you next time on Lake Orta.

The apartment is absolutely wonderful, calm, clean and located directly in the heart of Orta San Giulio. It is situated with view to the small courtyard and has a roofed access which is also possible to use as a small balcony, in addition there is a nice french balcony in the kitchen. The other parties of the house are calm families and in the front house there is a restaurant, which has its kitchen to the side of the courtyard. Just around the corner; on the “Piazza grande” of Orta San Giulio, is the office where Alice works, she was therefore easily available when we needed help or had any questions. Alice was in every situation very kind and helpful: The first morning we were disturbed by loud noise from a building site in the apartment next to us and even that Alice was able to stop for us and they stopped working for the rest of our stay! Alltogether the apartment is modern and bright, it has a new, well equiped kitchen and a really nice and modern bathroom. We can absolutely recommand this wonderful apartment!

We were very pleased with the apartment and everything else. Alice picked us up with her own car and even helped us with our luggage. The apartment was very clean, and also really modern and cozy. Its location is close to the center, you walk out of the door and you’re basically on the market place, right at the lake. Thank you so much for making or short vacation so easy!

La Perla is a well appointed apartment in a very central position on the beautiful Lake Orta. There is a small inner balcony which gets full sun in the evening where we put out table and chairs to enjoy the “fizz”!

Gentile Giorgio, grazie innanzitutto per il tempo dedicato. Sono molto felice che il soggiorno sia stato piacevole e rilassante. Per il bidet mi sono subito scusata molto, purtroppo c’era un errore nell’annuncio e l’ho subito corretto, sono davvero molto dispiaciuta, non è altro che un errore mio. Voi avete detto che non era comunque così importante, io cercato di riparare offrendovi una bottiglia di prosecco, speravo di aver trovato il modo di scusarmi, ma evidentemente non è bastato. La tv, invece, è la stessa che vedete nelle foto dell’appartamento, non l’abbiamo sostituita. Mi dispiace quindi molto leggere il punteggio di 5 su 10 per i servizi, io ho davvero cercato di seguirvi in ogni vostra necessità (pentole extra, doccia, sintonizzazione tv, giorno supplementare, check out anticipato). Speravo che alla fine foste soddisfatti della vostra esperienza nell’appartamento. Grazie molto per essere stati nostri ospiti.

Jedoch ist die Lage der kleinen Wohnung nicht ideal. Zwei Innenhöfe. Aus dem großen Innenhof Küchendunst und laute Musik bis 0.00 Uhr. Aus dem kleinen Innenhof Zigarettengeruch. Bei den hohen Temperaturen unerträglich. Man kann praktisch nicht lüften. Eine Klimaanlage wäre hier angebracht.

Now, reading these words is very sad because it means you have not had a good holiday! I’m sorry if you’ve been disturbed by music at night. It was not a local (there are no restaurants overlooking the courtyard), but a party in a private house. I complained to them, but only when I realized it. If you had warned me before, I could have improved your experience. I’m really sorry. My advice, however, is not to complain at the end of the holiday (it has no use!), but during your stay because I could improve your holiday. Thank you very much for your stay.
