If you’re looking for a detached house with a garden and a beach to share with your family for your holiday, Villa Sofia is just the place for you!

Villa Sofia is a detached house just a short walk from the mouth of the Pescone stream, perfect for stays of up to 8 people. The house is on one level and features a spacious, light-filled living room with a seating area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and kitchenware). It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cosy outdoor veranda, ideal for lunches and relaxing.

Outside, a private garden ensures peace and privacy, whilst the property includes access to a lakeside beach shared with the complex’s residents, which is not open to the public. An ideal choice for those seeking comfort, space and a connection with nature, just a short distance from Lake Orta.

The first set of bed linen and towels is provided free of charge for all guests.

Guests staying in our flat have access to:

Tourist tax is not included in the booking and must be paid in cash upon check-in (approximate cost €1.00 per person per day, excluding children under 13).

The house is located a short distance from the town’s historic centre. The main amenities (supermarket, restaurants, ATM, newsagent’s) are within walking distance or can be reached by car.
