The flat is well situated, a few meters from Orta town centre. The view is wonderful & the living room is very spacious ! It’s a good spot for any family wishing to have a few days in Orta.

The apartment has excellent location with a stunning view of the beautiful lake from the balcony and just 2 minutes walk to the centre of town. We are a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and a dog and the apartment worked very well for all of us. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen super-equipped. The shared courtyard and the green area is really big and gives good possibilities for dining outside. The private parking is a real bonus. Orta san Giulio is a lovely city with excellent restaurants, nice ice bars and walking distance to two public beaches. The lake is really clean and has a wonderful warm temperature for a swim. Alice and Alessandra are wonderful hosts, responding very quickly to our questions and they have so much local knowledge that they kindly shared with us to make our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this apartment and the beautiful town of Orta san Giulio.

The place has great view and excellent location. Initial introduction about the flat and places nearby (beaches, shops, places of interest etc.) was very well done: all necessary information was provided. Plus we were given a booklet about Orta district and local maps, which helped a help a lot.

Alice and Alessandra were absolutely wonderful hosts. Their guidebook to orta is unparalleled, and they immediately helped us with the wifi _at midnight!_ just so we could watch some late night netflix. This particular apartment is the best we’ve ever stayed in in Orta (our 4th stay). Having a parking spot is amazing, and the view is superb.
