The apartment consists of a large living room with dining area with kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with access to the terrace covered with a wisteria pergola, bathroom with shower, closet with washing machine, double bedroom and extra bedroom with bunk bed and one sigle bed.
The first supply of sheets and towels for all guests is included and free.
We are happy to accommodate well-behaved pets.

Consiglio vivamente a chi vuole vivere una vacanza tra relax e posti stupendi.

Abbiamo passato quasi tre settimane in questa casa e ci siamo trovati davvero bene!
L’ ambiente cucina e sala è spazioso e completo di tutto ciò che serve dalle pentole e stoviglie, agli elettrodomestici; le camere sono confortevoli e ben arredate.
L’ appartamento è molto fresco, cosa importante visto il nostro periodo di soggiorno, che è stato nel mese di agosto.
Lo spazio all’esterno, con tavolo, sedie e ombrellone, è molto comodo per poter pranzare e cenare fuori.
Valore aggiunto, non da poco, è avere un pezzo di giardino riva lago privato, molto curato e con tavoli, sedie e sdraio.
La proprietaria è una persona molto cortese e ospitale e disponibile per qualsiasi domanda.

Ottima soluzione, casa ben attrezzata con lavastoviglie, lavatrice, televisione e Wi-Fi, arredata con gusto, pulitissima, spazi ben organizzati.
Impagabile la veranda all’esterno dove abbiamo potuto pranzare e cenare.
Anche la spiaggetta privata è ben attrezzata con lettini, diverse sdraio, ombrellone, ottimamente curata.
Il pedalò e la canoa a disposizione sono stati la cosiddetta ciliegina sulla torta!
La proprietaria è una persona carinissima, disponibile e oltremodo discreta.

Very clean and spacious! Very good beds and lots of space to store your things. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine. Good space outside to have breakfast…or a glas of wine in the evening.. Parking on own ground. Whole place is fenced, safe with children or a dog. Just on the other side of the road there is this marvelous big garden/beach with plenty of beach chairs, fenced, with easy acces to the lake, only for private use. There is always a place with shadow, you can swim in the clear water which has a very pleasant temperature…or sit in the sun and relax…or you can use the paddle boat or the canoe to explore the lake… . There also 3 bikes available. At the Dolphin’s bar at Pettenasco you can have a drink, lunch or a nice dinner!! The house has a very nice owner! Also the contact with Alice and Alessandra was very good. Easy to get in touch with and interested to help you. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back one day…

Ein ganz besonderes Highlight dieser Unterkunft ist der private Strand/Garten! Sehr groß, grüne schöne Wiese und viele Liegemöglichkeiten. Uns hat es dort an nichts gefehlt! Das Haus ist auch schön, einfach eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Im Innenhof kann man schön und ungestört sitzen, auch wenn die Straße etwas laut ist. Besonders gut war es dort für unseren Hund, da der ganze Bereich eingezäunt ist.

Buon giorno Mariarosaria, grazie per aver scelto di lasciare una recensione sul suo soggiorno. Mi dispiace che abbia pensato che noi siamo stati indifferenti nei vostri confronti. La problematica alla quale vi riferite era che la canoa che abbiamo lasciato a disposizione degli ospiti aveva un buco nello scafo di cui, purtroppo, non eravamo a conoscenza. Ci siamo subito attivati per ripararla, ma lo scafo era in resina e il lavoro ha richiesto l’intervento di un professionista e conseguentemente anche alcuni giorni di tempo. Mi dispiace che voi non abbiate potuto goderne (abbiamo comunque fornito un pedalò così che poteste godere del lago comunque, so che non è la stessa cosa ma…)
Lasci solo che le spieghi che dietro il suo soggiorno c’è stata la preparazione della casa da parte della proprietaria in persona che, emozionata per l’arrivo dei suoi primi ospiti italiani, ha impiegato più ore e sforzi del previsto per pulire e riordinare la casa, per rendere tutto perfetto, al meglio che poteva e coinvolgendo tutta la famiglia. Ci teneva molto a questo vostro soggiorno. D’altra parte io vi ho mandato una mail a metà vacanza chiedendo se potevo fare qualcosa per voi e non ho ricevuto risposta.
Mi dispiace, questa non è indifferenza. A volte bisognerebbe riflettere che dietro ogni vostro soggiorno c’è il lavoro e la dedizione di molte persone. Non sempre tutto è perfetto, noi lo sappiamo, ma siamo sempre disponibili ad aiutarvi come possiamo. Grazie in ogni caso per aver scelto di affidare a noi le sue vacanze sul lago d’Orta.
