In the suggestive setting of Lake Orta, on the splendid island of San Giulio from 9th June to 25th June 2017, the Cusian Festival of Ancient Music will take place. There will be many musical evenings in the 18th century house of Casa Tallone on the island of San Giulio, the program includes Intermezzi di Mezzodi at 12:30 and evening concerts at 9.30 pm. Extraordinary event will be the concert in the Basilica of San Giulio by the PONTIFICIA MUSIC CAP “SISTINA”, polyphonic choir based in the Vatican City, responsible for the musical accompaniment of the liturgical presidencies of the pope, led by Bishop Massimo Palombella, to be held on Saturday 24th June. During the evenings there will be baroque concerts, renaissance songs and dances, medieval music played by various instruments: wind and percussion that will join together to create pleasant and rich melodies.
