We explain how check-out works,
On the day of your departure, Giorgio or one of the cleaning girls will greet you. Usually, the departure is scheduled for 10am, but if you want to leave before this time, ask us, we will help you.
Even if you want to leave after 10am we will do our best to accommodate you, but it will depend on whether other guests arrive on the same day or not.
Regards to amenities, according to the Italian law, we can only supply sheets and towels. it is absolutely forbidden to supply food or any other type of supply. This law is designed to differentiate rental houses from VAT-registered residences and hotels.
The renters are only phisical persons.
We understand that arriving at your holiday home and not finding toilet paper or soap can be frustrating, so we prepare for you a little starter kit for the first few days. Unfortunately, we cannot provide shampoo, shower gel, oil, salt or pepper. We are sure you will understand.
We understand that getting around Lake Orta by car can be complicated, a lot of traffic and not much parking, often for a fee.
Many of the roads that border the lake are quite narrow and have lots bends, especially in the villages and more scenic areas. This can make driving a bit challenging, especially for those who are not used to these conditions.
We do our best to receive positive reviews because they help us a lot in carrying on our business. We do this work to earn a living, but also for passion.
